Die Welt wird in simplen Bildern neu gegliedert. Es wird Ordnung geschaffen, klassifiziert, getrennt. Ein erhöhter Bedarf an Konstrukten von Linearität und Einheit ist zu verzeichnen - auch in der Kunst. Anti Pure widersetzt sich bewusst dieser Tendenz und bietet als Alternative Weltbilder an, die komplex und vieldeutig einen Platz für sich beanspruchen. Anti Pure verzichtet bewusst auf eine Ordnung und akzeptiert die Vielheit heutigen Lebens und Erlebens. Dabei wird ein zeitgenössisches Interessefeld in künstlerischer Form umgedeutet. In bewusst subjektiv gewählten Positionen werden Aspekte möglicher Vermischungen präsentiert. Der französische Künstler Bruno Peinado sagt von seiner Kunstpraxis: "Meine Logik ist die der Vermischung, die Welt ist ein Zusammenstossen von Bildern. Mein Vorsatz ist, die Reinheit zu zerstören." Die Ausstellung kuratiert Gianni Jetzer, Leiter der Kunsthalle St. Gallen. The world is being re-partitioned in simple images. There is a trend toward ordering, classifying, separating. An increased need for constructs of linearity and unity can be detected - even in art. Anti Pure consciously counteracts this trend and offers, as an alternative, images of the world whose complexity and ambiguousness carve a niche for themselves. Anti Pure consciously rejects systems of order and accepts the diversity of today's life and experience. Thus, using artistic form it reinterprets a contemporary field of interest. Through positions consciously chosen according to subjective criteria this exhibition presents the aspects of possible mixtures. The French artist Bruno Peinado says of his artistic practice: "My logic is one of mixture, the world is a clashing of images. My intention is to destroy purity."
