Cornelia Parker

Cornelia Parker presents her interview with renowned writer and theorist Noam Chomsky who addresses the failings of government, corporations and the media to take responsibility for the ecology of our planet. He urges us to change our lifestyles and bring about socio-economic change. Though Parker fears that the planet may not be able to sustain human life by the end of this century, her work prompts reflection on our collective responsibilities and possible solutions.

The exhibition is presented in partnership with "Friends of the Earth", who are encouraging visitors to pose questions about the state of the world. These will form "Poison and Antidote", an installation to provide inspiration for an event on Saturday 29 March, bringing together a host of artists, thinkers and activists. Pose your questions to "Friends of the Earth" from 13 February at www.poisonandantidote.co.uk.
