Sadie Coles HQ has never presented a group show, preferring to concentrate on solo shows. This summer, for the first time, we are presenting major works by gallery artists to celebrate our forthcoming expansion, with a second gallery space opening in Mayfair this autumn. At Heddon Street, we are exhibiting works by ten of the gallery's artists: Angus Fairhurst, Jonathan Horowitz, David Korty, Jim Lambie, Sarah Lucas, Laura Owens, Richard Prince, Ugo Rondinone, Rudolf Stingel and Nicola Tyson.

Some of these works are new: Jonathan Horowitz's "White Rainbow American Flag for Jasper in the Style of the Artist's Boyfriend", a glittery homage to Jasper Johns, merges the rainbow flag and the American flag to present a new icon for gay America. In David Korty's new painting of "Central Park Figures under Trees", the artist has flattened and stylised the scene to its essence, the scratched quality of the surface emphasising the detachment of the viewer. A new painting by Laura Owens of a figure peeking through forest reflects the artist's encyclopedic interest in 20th century art, absorbing fauvist and cubist influences. In Rudolf Stingel's glamorous black wallpaper painting, the artist's radical examination of what a painting can be draws on the associations of grandeur and melancholy such ornate decoration holds.

Older works include Jim Lambie's black sculpture "The Kinks (Black Kestrel, Septaptych Rorschach)", which was first shown in the 2005 Turner Prize show at the Tate Britain and a classic chair sculpture by Sarah Lucas, "Cigarette Tits". Attached to a 1970's school chair, a sheer bra barely supports a pair of cigarette-covered footballs.

Other works include a Joke painting from 1997 by Richard Prince, new collages by Angus Fairhurst, a major photographic series by Ugo Rondinone and Nicola Tyson's "Figure on Green Ground".
